Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers both thnobles.com (our Shopify store) and portal.thnobles.com (our client portal). Together, these are our "Sites." They are operated by T&H Nobles LLC ("T&H Nobles," "we," "us," "our").

By using either Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and account information. When you place an order, create a portal account, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address. Portal passwords are securely hashed — we never see your plain-text password.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and/or Stripe. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
• Orders. We keep records of what you ordered, order amounts, payment method used, shipping addresses, order status, and fulfillment tracking.
• Portal activity. Your wishlist items, cart contents, order-tracking lookups, rewards ledger (3% cashback earnings, $1-per-order credit, referral earnings), referral links, and store-credit balance.
• AI chat helper. Conversations with our AI chat helper are logged and stored. Do not share sensitive personal information (such as card numbers or passwords) with the chat.
• Device and browsing information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically via cookies.

2. How we use your information

• Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders — including sharing shipping details with our fulfillment suppliers so they can ship your products directly to you.
• Operate the portal: maintain your account, wishlist, cart, and order history.
• Calculate and credit your rewards and referral earnings.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, if you opted in, marketing emails.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.

3. How we share your information

We share your information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information.

• Shopify: our store platform — processes orders, payments, and analytics.
• Supabase: our portal's database and authentication backend.
• Zendrop and fulfillment suppliers: your name, shipping address, and ordered items, so they can ship your products.
• Payment processors: Shopify Payments and/or Stripe, under their own privacy policies.
• Legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
• Business transfer: if T&H Nobles LLC is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of the business assets.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
• Opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link.

California residents: the CCPA/CPRA gives you the rights above plus the right to know what categories of information we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To exercise any right, email info@thnobles.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

5. Children's privacy

Our Sites are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

6. Data retention

We keep your information as long as reasonably necessary to operate your account and rewards, fulfill orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Order and tax records are retained for at least 7 years as required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and PCI-compliant payment processors. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
